Safety Point carries out the installation of anchor points for elevators without a machine room as provided for in NBR 16042 Electric passenger elevators — Safety requirements for the construction and installation of elevators without a machine room by ABNT. Anchor points must be conveniently positioned in machinery spaces to allow heavy equipment to be lifted. We indicate the maximum permissible load in kilograms at the lifting points with an identification plate. We have experience in installing the elevator anchoring system. OUR DIFFERENTIAL We issue the Technical Responsibility Note – ART for the installation. Aiming at safety and quality of services, we carry out the Static Extraction Test on all installed Anchoring Devices. In 2010, our technicians carried out the first installation of this type of anchoring in Brazil without the use of traditional rebar in the city of Niterói/RJ.
